BIOGRAPHY
Rachel Barrett (b. 1981) was raised in Cambridge, MA. She received her BFA in Photography & Imaging from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 2003 and her MFA in Photography, Video & Related Media from the School of Visual Arts in 2008.
Her work has been exhibited nationally, featured in the New York Times and acquired into several private collections. In February 2010, Barrett will have her first solo show at Baxter & Cook in San Francisco, CA. She is an adjunct Professor of photography at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn and is currently based out of New York City.
