The San Francisco Design Center is pleased to announce that Access/Baxter & Cook Art Advisors, LLC has moved into a spacious new showroom in the Showplace building of the San Francisco Design Center, Suite 358. Access/Baxter & Cook Art Advisors, LLC works with the design industry to provide artwork for both residential and commercial projects.

Access/Baxter & Cook works within any budget and has the expertise and world-wide resources to quickly source artwork that compliments any project’s design. Access allows artwork to be viewed at their clients’ convenience through digital images, gallery and artist studio visits and by presenting work at the clients’ location.

Access/Baxter & Cook Art Advisors, LLC sources works from an international array of both emerging and established artists’ studios, galleries, private art dealers, auction houses and private collections. Access sources work in all mediums including painting, works on paper, sculpture, photography and video artworks.

Access/Baxter & Cook also curate art exhibitions, conduct art salons, and other special events and send out monthly newsletters on art collecting.

Principals Holly Baxter and Jana Cook and Marketing Director Stephanie Mehra bring a combined 20 years of art industry experience and resources to the company:

Holly Baxter is a former owner of Chang Patri Fine Art gallery in San Francisco. Holly is on the board of directors of SF Camerawork and is a member of the Achenbach Graphic Arts Council. She is the art consultant to The Missing Peace Project: Artists & the Dalai Lama. Holly has been a member of the selection committee at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art’s Society for the encouragement of Contemporary Art (SECA) and SFMOMA’s Contemporary Extension.

Jana Cook- Blankenship is a Consultant with Baxter & Cook. She was formerly the Gallery Director for Baxter Chang Patri Fine Art Gallery in San Francisco and a docent at the Rubin Museum of Art in New York. Jana received a dual degree from Cornell University in Art History and Fine Arts and is currently finishing the last year of her Master's Program in Curatorial Practice from the California College of the Arts. In addition to her experience in consulting, curatorial work and the breadth of knowledge she brings on both contemporary art and art history, she is also an abstract painter with a thorough background in art practice.

Stephanie Mehra is the Marketing Director for Access/Baxter & Cook and formerly worked at Baxter, Chang, Patri Fine Art Gallery in San Francisco and Kathryn Markel Fine Arts in New York. She attended the School of Visual Arts in New York and graduated with a minor in Art History and an M.B.A in Integrated Marketing from Golden Gate University. In addition to her 7 years of experience in the field of Marketing and the Arts, Stephanie is a fine art painter and illustrator.
